We are championing a fairer, more diverse world
Women still make up only 20% of boardroom seats around the world. We’re here to change that; to improve the collective female experience in the workplace by rewiring the systems at play, to create the opportunities, experiences and communities needed to accelerate more women to executive and board-level positions.
As a member of the 30% Club, we are committed to addressing the gender imbalance at senior executive and board levels, and we always shortlist a minimum of 60% females for every role.
But our DNA in diversity goes beyond our client work.
