Programme

Since 2012, it has been our mission to change the dynamics of the boardroom. Created in partnership with The University of Hong Kong, the Women's Directorship Programme has been bringing talented executive women leaders together from across the world for 12 years, preparing senior directors with the skills and experience to become impactful leaders in the boardroom.

Meraki’s world-leading board governance programme is one of the few that exclusively champions women. Since its inception, we’ve graduated over 250 top female executives with a master's equivalent qualification in Board Governance from the University of Hong Kong. Participants have joined the programme from the likes of HSBC, Richemont, Prudential, Manulife, Starbucks, Schneider Electric and P&G.  The programme has increased female visibility and enabled 70% of our alumni to take their seat in boardrooms around the globe.
