Programme

Since 2012, it has been our mission to change the dynamics of theboardroom. Created in partnership with TheUniversity of Hong Kong, the Women's Directorship Programme has been bringing talented executive women leaderstogether from across the world for 12 years, preparing senior directors withthe skills and experience to become impactful leaders in the boardroom.

Meraki’s world-leading board governance programme is one of the fewthat exclusively champions women. Since its inception, we’ve graduated over 250 top female executives witha Masters equivalent qualification in Board Governance from the University ofHong Kong.  Participants have joined theprogram from the likes of HSBC, Richemont, Prudential, Manulife, Starbucks,Schneider Electric and P&G.  Theprogram has increased female visibility and enabled 70% of ouralumni to take their seat in boardroomsaround the globe.
