Our Board Director Bootcamp is ahigh-intensity training programme introducing board responsibilities, concepts and theories to in-company cohorts, to accelerate mid-level, high-potential female talent towards their seat in the boardroom.

The course connects participants to transformative new ideas, putting them through their paces in an immersive board simulation, and encourages expansive, challenging debates, teaching them how to become purposeful, impactful leaders.
